ABOUT
Welcome to the Garden Summer Intensive Camp for High Schoolers!
Our program is designed to provide high-intensity training and development opportunities for young footballers during the summer. Here's what you can expect from our camp:
-
Two sessions a day: Our morning sessions focus on speed (Monday and Friday) and technical skills (Wednesday), while our evening sessions emphasize tactical understanding and small-sided games.
-
Training kit provided: Each participant will receive a training kit to ensure they are fully prepared for every session.
-
Friendly games (outdoor futsal) on weekends: We'll have friendly matches on weekends, either at Takoma or the small basketball court at Sligo, providing a chance to apply skills in a competitive environment.
-
Summer Preseason Intensive: Our camp covers all aspects of football skills and techniques, with sessions tailored to individual player qualities.
-
Dynamic training sessions: Expect dynamic sessions with a focus on ball-work, ensuring an engaging and challenging learning environment.
-
Competitions and Matches: Participants will take part in 3 and 5-a-side competitions, soccer tennis matches, and other skill-based disciplines to enhance their gameplay.
The Garden Summer Cup is a highlight of our camp, where participants compete in a Champions League-style tournament. Teams are organized based on age groups, leading to exciting matches throughout the week. The tournament progresses from group stages on Monday to semifinals on Wednesday, culminating in the final and third-fourth place match on Friday.

The winning team of the Garden Summer Cup will have the opportunity to face off against another club team in an outdoor futsal match on the weekend, adding an extra layer of competition and experience.
Join us for an action-packed and transformative summer camp experience at Garden Summer Intensive Camp!
