Timesheet

This is how you get paid. 

1. Make sure that we have a completed W9 for you. This is the form that has your details that the IRS requires from us in case you make more than $600... they want to know. 

2. Fill out the timesheet form below on the 15th day of the month and the last day of the month (28, 30 or 31).

* make sure to provide methods of payment, if you were not asked to onboard through the Gusto platform.
