Kids ages 2 to 5 meeting a soccer ball for the first time, and the grown-ups who want to play alongside them. No experience needed.

What's included

  • 45 minutes each week, split into three parts
  • Coaching from DC Eleven staff
  • Parents encouraged to join in with simple games
  • Up to 2 makeup dates if a week is canceled

A day in the life

Each practice is 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes are motor skills and getting comfortable with the ball. The next 15 are about playing with teammates. The last 15 are small games with a goal to aim for.

What to bring

  • A size 3 soccer ball
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Cleats or sneakers
  • A water bottle

Good to know

  • A Tots group runs 4 to 8 weeks.
  • Winter Tots runs on Saturdays and Sundays at Takoma Park Middle School.
  • A group needs at least 5 players to go ahead.

    Scorpion League

    Our neighborhood league for ages 5 to 12. Practice with DC Eleven coaches, games on Saturdays in the fall and spring, and futsal in the winter.
